David was great, very helpful in locating a house and patient with a first time buyer. Also good at providing helpful tips. Could have been a bit more responsive and more educated on the legalities of the process but I would still highly recommended. You probably won't find a more friendly down to earth realtor.
David, is very knowledgeable he helped us in every step of our home buying process. When we were looking at several homes before finding our final home he always took the time to listen to our concerns and offered great advise to help our decision to make an offer or move on. I would recommend reddy Realtors to anyone.
He is one realtor that always answers his phone. My experience most don't and when they do it 1 to 2 days later. When you are so excited about getting more information about a house to buy you want a call quick. Will always show it on your time not theirs. And works to help you get that price down, he is NOT worried about his percentage he will get. I have now bought 7 houses from him. He is different from all the rest!
We heard about Endorsed Local Providers on The Dave Ramsey Show and put in a request to be contacted by an ELP. David Luna with Reddy Realtors responded immediately. He answered all of our interview questions and his responses were just what we wanted to hear. It was a true pleasure doing business with him. Not only was he charming and full of personality, he was very knowledgeable. He was prompt and driven with the heart of a teacher. He met with us immediately and explained the entire process and told us what to expect. He took amazing pictures and posted our listing for what we thought it was worth. We didn't get any viewings at first, but as soon as we let him list it for what he thought it would bring the calls and viewings rolled in. He really knows his stuff!!! We only had to show it a handful of times and our home sold in 40 days!!! He walked BESIDE us through the whole process and always made us feel so at ease. We appreciated him so much we let him in on our new home build purchase in 2014 too!!! Since then, he has always promptly answered my emails and given me comps for refinancing our home to better interest rates and terms.
